Service Description

Shop from the comfort of your own home! One of our team will guide you through a personalised video handpick session via FaceTime or WhatsApp. We’ll go through the categories you’re interested in, and you can simply say “yes” to the items you want! Choose from a variety of branded and unbranded sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts, jackets, and more. Last minute booking? It’s best to check with us via email or phone before booking to make sure we have the stock you’re after. TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ • The minimum spend is £350 (excluding VAT for UK customers). • Each call is scheduled for 2 hours, but if you’re taking a large amount of stock and need more time, just let us know during the call – we’ve got you covered. • No deposit required! If you can’t find what you’re after in the first 15-20 minutes, we’ll end the call and won’t charge you. If you continue past that point, it means you’re committing to buying, with the £350 minimum spend applying. • We’ll call you via FaceTime or WhatsApp at your scheduled time. If we can’t get in touch within 15 minutes of your slot, your call will be cancelled. • Sometimes calls may start a little later than intended if a team member is finishing another session – hang tight, we’ll be with you shortly! • After the call, we’ll send you an invoice. Once it’s paid, we’ll ship your items. UK delivery is next working day, and shipping to Europe takes around 2-3 days. Outside of Europe, expect 3-5 days for transit. • Free shipping on orders over £500 does not apply to video handpicks. Shipping to Europe is typically £25-£35, depending on order size. • We may need to rearrange or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, but we’ll keep you informed. • Can’t make your appointment? Let us know at least 2 days in advance so we can offer your slot to someone else.
