Service Description
Shop from the comfort of your own home! One of our team will guide you through a personalised video handpick session via FaceTime or WhatsApp. We’ll go through the categories you’re interested in, and you can simply say “yes” to the items you want! Choose from a variety of branded and unbranded sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts, jackets, and more. Last minute booking? It’s best to check with us via email or phone before booking to make sure we have the stock you’re after. TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ - Minimum spend: £350 (excluding VAT for UK customers). - Call duration: 2 hours (longer available on request). - Cancellation: Less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a £25 fee. - Cancellation: Less than 2 hours’ notice incurs a £50 fee. - Additional fees: • No purchases after 20 minutes: £25 fee. • Dropped orders after a full session: £50 fee.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your Video Handpick session, please contact us or use the booking system (members only) to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee. No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the session will result in a higher fee of £50. If the session starts but no items are selected within the first 15–20 minutes, the session will end without charge. Continuing the session without making a purchase will result in an additional fee of £50.
