Warehouse Handpick Terms & Conditions

The minimum spend is £350 (excluding VAT applicable to UK customers only).

You can have as long as you need in our handpick area, from your booking time until closing at 5:00 pm.

No deposit is required! However, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of £25 and £50 within less than 2 hours notice. This ensures we can manage appointments and stock efficiently.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for during your visit, there’s no charge. However, the £350 minimum spend applies if you choose to make a purchase.

We reserve the right to rearrange or cancel your appointment in unforeseen circumstances, but we’ll keep you informed.

If you’re traveling by public transport, we can arrange DPD shipping for your purchases at a small charge.

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to someone else. Last-minute cancellations may result in a fee as outlined above. Members are able to reschedule or cancel appointments under the 'My Bookings' on you account.

For handpicked items, you are selecting at your own discretion, and we are unable to accept returns once they leave our warehouse.

Each call is scheduled for 2 hours. If you require more time to select a large quantity of stock, just let us know during the call.

No deposit is required! If you don’t find anything within the first 15-20 minutes of the call, we can end it, and there will be no charge. If you choose to continue, you are committing to purchasing with a £350 minimum spend.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled call, a £25 cancellation fee will apply.

If you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled call, a £50 cancellation fee will apply.

If you begin the call but decide not to make any purchases after 20 minutes, there will be a £50 fee to cover staff time.

If you continue with the call but later drop the order, an additional £50 fee will apply.

We’ll call you via FaceTime or WhatsApp at your scheduled time. If we can’t reach you within 15 minutes of your slot, your call will be cancelled. Rescheduling will require a £50 deposit to secure the slot.

Occasionally, calls may start a little later than scheduled if a team member is finishing another session; thank you for your patience.

Once your call is complete, we’ll price your items and send an invoice. Orders will be shipped once payment is received.

UK delivery: Next working day.

Europe: 2-3 working days.

Outside of Europe: 3-5 working days.

Free shipping on orders over £500 does not apply to video handpicks. Shipping to Europe is typically £25-£35, depending on the order size.
