Warehouse Handpick Terms & Conditions

 

- The minimum spend is £350 (excluding VAT applicable to UK customers only).

 

- You can have as long as you need in our handpick area, from the time you book your appointment until closing time (5:00pm).

 

- We don't require a deposit for appointments anymore so if you can't find the stock you're looking for and don't want to buy anything that's fine, we won't charge you for your visit. If you want to purchase stock then the £350 minimum spend must be met.

 

- We reserve the right to rearrange or cancel your appointment in unforeseen circumstances.

 

- If you are coming via public transport, we can ship your items to you with DPD for a small charge.

 

- If for any reason you can't make your appointment, please contact us 2 days prior to your scheduled date so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Video Handpick Terms & Conditions

- Our minimum spend is £350 (Excluding VAT applicable to UK customers only).

 

- All calls are scheduled for 2 hours however if you are taking larger quantities of stock, there is no time limit, simply let our team know during the call if you require longer.

 

- We don't require a deposit for appointments anymore so if you can't find the stock you're looking for within the first 15 - 20 minutes of the call we won't continue and we won't charge you for your call. If you continue after 20 minutes then you're committing to buying with us. If you want to purchase stock then the £350 minimum spend must be met.

 

- Once your call is scheduled we will contact the phone number you've provided at the specified date and time via FaceTime or Whatsapp video. Please be ready at this time. If we can't get in touch with you within 15 minutes of your specified time then your call will be cancelled.

 

- Occasionally appointments may start 5 - 10 minutes after your scheduled time. Don't panic, a member of staff is likely just running slightly behind on another call. They will be with you as soon as they can.

 

- When your call is finished we'll price it up and send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid we'll get it shipped out to you. UK Delivery is next working day. For Europe you can expect the stock to arrive within 2 - 3 days. Outside of Europe transit time is roughy 3 - 5 days.

 

- We reserve the right to rearrange or cancel your appointment in unforeseen circumstances.

 

- If for any reason you can't make your appointment, please contact us 2 days prior to your scheduled date so we can offer the slot to someone else.

- For hand picking, items are chosen at your own discretion and we are therefore unable to accept returns on any hand picked items from our warehouse once they have left our building. 

​

- For video hand picking, we always try our best to let you know if an item is faulty, however if for any reason this is missed, we are happy to accept the item back for an exchange, refund or store credit.
