Shipping costs are calculated by weight.

United Kingdom:

 

Processing & Packaging your order takes anywhere between 1 - 3 business days however during busy periods, please allow up to 5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via text or email.


Standard DPD or FEDEX Delivery (1-2 Business Days):

Fully tracked & requires a signature

EU Shipping:

DHL Economy Air (3-5 Business Days)

For deliveries to European countries, we use a fully tracked DHL economy air courier service which usually takes between 3-5 business days for delivery. Our couriers may contact you about your delivery so please ensure a valid email address and contact number is provided.

Shipping to different EU countries is variable, please add the products you would like to your cart to calculate shipping costs. For more accurate shipping quotes, please send us an email to info@foxvintagewholesale.co.uk with your order requirements, zip code, city and country.

Rest Of The World

Orders to the rest of the world are shipped via FEDEX or DHL economy air courier service which usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive.

Shipping to different countries is variable, please add the products you would like to your cart to calculate shipping costs. For more accurate shipping quotes, please send us an email to info@foxvintagewholesale.co.uk with your order requirements, zip code, city and country.

Terms

We can not be held responsible for the loss or damage to goods if the address information given is incorrect.  We cannot accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.

Import VAT & Customs Charges:

When your shipment arrives, you may be required to pay import VAT and duty on the goods which is collected by the courier directly. We do not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs
 charges, duties or taxes. 

This is collected by the courier who will likely send you a link via email to pay for the charges so they can be released from customs. These are government charges and we are therefore unable to advise on how much the charges may be. You should be able to find out more information regarding import fees via your government website. In the event that the fees are left unpaid, the goods may be returned to us & we will need to take the shipping costs again in order to re send your shipment out. 

RETURNS:

Online Orders

If for any reason you are not happy with your order and wish to return it, we can accept your order back in full for an exchange, store credit or a full refund. 

We are not able to accept partial returns.

To place your return, please send an email using our contact form with your order number or send an email to info@foxvintagewholesale.co.uk with your order number & a reason for your return.

We must be notified of any returns within 7 days of your order being delivered. All items must be returned to us in the original condition that they were sent in within 28 days of receiving your order. 

The return shipping costs must be covered by you. Please ensure your item is sent tracked as we can not be held responsible for the loss or damage to goods whilst in return transit.


Refunds cover the cost of the item(s) only and not the original postage.

Once we have received your item back, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days.

If for any reason we receive items back that were not included in your original order, we have the right to exclude these from your refund.

End Of The Line/ Clearance

Please note, anything ordered from this section is non refundable. We recommend that descriptions are clearly read on all products before ordering so you know what to expect upon receipt of goods.

Hand Picked Orders

For hand picking, items are chosen at your own discretion and we are therefore unable to accept returns on any hand picked items from our warehouse once they have left our building. 

For video hand picking, we always try our best to let you know if an item is faulty, however if for any reason this is missed, we are happy to accept the item back for an exchange, refund or store credit.

Orders placed from our ReMade Collection are unable to be returned unless items are found to be faulty. In the event that an item is faulty, items will be exchanged.

When booking a virtual video hand pick session with us, a £50 upfront deposit is payable to secure your booking. If you need to cancel your appointment, we must be notified with at least 7 days notice prior to your appointment. Any cancellations made after this time will be non-refundable.

Latham St X Fox Re-Made Collection

Orders placed from this collection may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order date however an administration fee of 20% of the total order will be deducted from the refund. After 24 hours, no refund will be given as a significant expense would have been incurred.

As all items are made to order, returns for this collection are not accepted unless items are found to be faulty. In the event that an item is faulty, you will be offered an exchange.
